It would not have been surprising if sugar was mentioned in the Word of Wisdom. Seems like a no-brainer. It’s over-consumption in the western diet has caused so many diseases and this study shows it may cause psychiatric issues as well. Seems to cause a lot more problems than coffee or tea. Just sayin’.
