Professor Hancock has taught at BYU for 34 years. He has seen many changes and put much thought into how these changes conflict with the mission of Brigham Young University. We talk about who is being hired to teach BYU students, "what would we expect?" he says alluding to the source of candidates and immense imbalance of political checks in academia more broadly.
