Warriors of Teancum Refund Policy

Event Dates: August 13–15, 2026

Refund requests will be handled according to the following schedule:

• Full refund: Available for cancellations received on or before June 14, 2026, which is 60 days before the event.
• 50% refund: Available for cancellations received from June 15 through July 14, 2026.
• No refund: Cancellations received on or after July 15, 2026, which is less than 30 days before the event, are non-refundable.

By registering for the Warriors of Teancum retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
